About this course:

The ServSafe course focuses on five aspects of food service that can affect the safety of food:

  1. Personal Hygiene

  2. Foodborne Microorganisms & Allergens

  3. Purchasing, Receiving and Storage

  4. Preparation, Cooking and Serving

  5. Facilities, Cleaning/Sanitizing and Pest Management


Most states require at least one manager in the establishment to be ServSafe certified.


This course entails:

  • 6 hour course, in person 

  • Study materials provided to in person students

  • Proctored ServSafe exam

  • Instructor present for in-person classes

Other course information:

  • Certification provided at the end of class

  • Class will be held from 9 AM - 3PM at Desktop Co-working Community: 3070 North Main Street Kennesaw, GA, 30144

  • Please bring device to class; if you do not have access to one, an iPad will be provided to you
